National Advanced Mobility Consortium
DS2 is a member of the National Advanced Mobility Consortium, Inc. (“NAMC”), formerly the Robotics Technology Consortium (RTC). This is a non-profit, member-driven organization of traditional and non-traditional small businesses, large defense contractors, academic institutions, and other research organizations. NAMC accelerates the transition of innovative technology into transformative ground vehicles and systems in several important ways:
Enabling technology developers to better understand warfighter needs, and
Empowering Government technical managers to broadly solicit ideas and concepts from industry and academia.
DS2 is partnered with DCS Corporation for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) blanket purchase agreement (BPA) on the GSA Federal Supply Schedules to provide technical support for AMCOM, and it’s Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), the Program Executive Offices (PEO), and allies for fielded Army aviation and missile systems. DS2 develops and integrates advanced technologies during the entire lifecycle, including software development and maintenance.
AirBase Technologies Division, Broad Agency Announcement (BAA)
DS2 is a teammate of Applied Research Associates, Inc. on the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), Requirements & Acquisition Division (AFCEC/CXA) continuing requirement for Research and Development (R&D) for airbase systems. System of Systems Consortium (SOSSEC)
DS2 is pleased to announce that we were recently accepted into membership with the System of Systems Consortium (SOSSEC), formed to address the needs of the DoD with the simple concept that collaboration, innovation, and cooperation among a broad spectrum of industry, academia and non-profits vastly improves the products and services delivered to its clients.
This concept, combined with a competitive environment among Consortium membership, ensures low-risk, lowest-cost, and the best-of-breed delivery of prototype solutions to our clients. Since its founding in 2007, the SOSSEC Consortium has developed, integrated, and supported more than 70 multi-million dollar federal, state, and local programs in diverse regions of the country, and have facilitated collaboration among these diverse programs to share information and capabilities.
Consortium for Command, Control, and Communications in Cyberspace (C5)
DS2 is pleased to announce membership in the Consortium for Command, Control, and Communications in Cyberspace (C5). The mission of C5 is to speed development of technologies to improve U.S. Government capabilities required to sustain U.S. military supremacy in weapon systems information technologies.
C5 offers a uniquely rapid, cost–effective and collaborative acquisition vehicle for companies, nonprofits and academic organizations seeking to do business with the Federal Government. As an alternative to the often complex Federal Acquisition Regulation, which may discourage non–traditional and small businesses from seeking to enter the Federal marketplace, C5 provides its members and eligible Federal agencies a flexible and user–friendly partnership path, linking buyers and sellers of innovation in the C4ISR space.
Innovative GEOINT Application Provider Program (IGAPP)
DS2 is pleased to announce our acceptance as a vendor with the Innovative GEOINT Application Provider Program (IGAPP) which serves as NGA's secure supply chain of bringing innovative apps to the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense. IGAPP uses an evolutionary business model designed to manage contracting and technological challenges while providing users with a mobile experience that supports their mission requirements.
IGAPP simplifies working with the federal government by bringing innovative apps to the end-user community across all mission areas, replacing the traditional method of developing and implementing apps under a project or program procurement effort.
Training and Readiness Accelerator (TReX)
DS2 recently became a member of the Training and Readiness Accelerator (TReX). TReX engages industry, academia, and other subject matter experts broadly to expedite development, demonstration, and delivery of cutting edge technology capabilities in support of modeling, simulation, and training (MST) needs of the U.S. Department of Defense. TReX provides the U.S. military with a means to rapidly identify, vet, prototype, and deliver cutting edge technologies across the defense and non-defense modeling and simulation sectors. Our platform is flexible and allows for the Government to utilize TReX whether the requirement is very well defined or completely undefined. TReX supports the Government customer throughout the entire lifecycle of technology innovation from ideation through prototype development and technology transition.
