Richard has over a decade of experience in architecting and developing enterprise software solutions. Mr. Pruitt has developed dozens of enterprise and commercial products for various DOD and commercial entities. He holds several certifications in software engineering and application development including Microsoft Certified Professional Developer, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Microsoft Certified Application Developer, Microsoft Certified Professional, ESRI Web Developer, and ESRI Desktop Developer. Mr. Pruitt has specialized training in CMMI and ISO from SEI and public universities. In addition, he has a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Software Engineering.

Jeffrey S. Williams, PMP comes to Dynamic Software Solutions with over 23 years of experience in the area of enterprise software solutions. His focus is on developing strategic solutions to grow the company's technology portfolio and promote its vast array of expertise.
Before joining DS2, Williams served as Director, Empower Services and PMP Lead at Influence Health, where he led client service teams enabling Patient Portals within the Health Industry. Prior to Influence Health, he was Deputy Program Manager at GIS, Inc. supporting the Army IGI&S program. Prior to joining GIS, Inc., he spent almost 18 years at L-3 Communications in various management and technical positions enabling enterprise GIS solutions within the Air Force, Army, Navy, and other commercial entities. He started his geospatial career at ESRI in Redlands, California developing his technical and consultative skills.
Williams received his Bachelor of Science, Geography, from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He received his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2005.
Robert Pruitt is the Business Development Manager for DS2. He has been involved in the aerospace industry in one form or another for the majority of his working career. A graduate of Embry Riddle University, Robert has over 7,000 flight hours as an airline captain based in Atlanta and a corporate captain in Macon, GA. He has created several successful businesses including an aerospace supply chain company that he consolidated into the nation’s largest aerospace surface finishing company. His focus is now on growing and developing DS2. Robert enjoys flying and spending time with his wife and 3 daughters.
Joe Staton is the strategic Growth Consultant for Dynamic Software Solutions providing advice and guidance on company goals and future direction so that company officers can plan effective strategies for growth. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a Distinguished Graduate of the Air Force’s Electronic Warfare Officer School and is an RMS certified Program Manager Level III and RTN 6 Sigma Specialist. Prior to joining DS2, Mr. Staton was senior growth manager of the Miniature Air Launched Decoy (MALD) program at Raytheon Missile Systems in Tucson Arizona. He was responsible for developing and executing the strategy for expanding the MALD program via development of improved and expanded capabilities. Prior to joining Raytheon Mr. Staton was a general manager with L-3 Communications, Titan group, managing the operations of a 500 member professional services division. Mr. Staton was a career aviator in the United States Air Force and served in executive, management, flight test, electronic warfare, and weapons development positions.
Chris Cook is responsible for guiding and directing DS2 business development efforts within the government services sector. Since 2007 Mr. Cook has worked with many large and small business and helped them grow using future forecasting tools to achieve growth and position ahead of their competitors. He is a successful leader and program manager achieving significant year over year growth in his services and software development portfolios. Mr. Cook is a former Air Force Colonel with vast experience in Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E). A veteran B-52 and FB-111A Radar Navigator/Bombardier he was a Distinguished Graduate and the #1 graduate of his USAF Test Pilot School (TPS) class in 1989. Following TPS he worked in the “black” world flying Navy aircraft in a tri-service test program and was one of the first 25 to fly and test the B-2A Stealth Bomber developing and certifying the avionics for nuclear and conventional weapon delivery. He has flown and assessed more than 50 different types of aircraft and been a qualified crewmember in many different aircraft including: B-52G/H, FB-111A, A-6E, KC-135, B-2A, RC-135V/W/S/U, NKC-135A, RF-4, T-38, and F-16. A seasoned leader he commanded a Big Safari detachment focused on Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), a group (USAF SEEK EAGLE Office) at Eglin AFB FL responsible for safe loading, carriage, and employment of weapons and stores from all USAF fixed-wing aircraft, and the 412th Operations Group at Edwards AFB CA where he led 12 test squadrons comprising over 2,500 personnel in safely and effectively testing everything that flew including: bombers, fighters, cargo, unmanned, helicopters and other variants of aircraft. He holds Acquisition Profession Development Program (APDP) certifications in Test & Evaluation (Level III) and Program Management (Level II). He was Program Management Professional (PMP) certified in 2011. He earned his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the USAF Academy in 1981, his Masters in Electrical Engineering from California State University Fresno in 1992, and his Masters in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College in 2001.

Todd Thompson is the Product Manager for Dynamic Software Solutions (DS2) where he is in charge of product development and enhancement through consumer analysis and industry-best practices. He brings to DS2 more than 15 years of experience in software design and development for both the government and private sectors. Prior to working for DS2, he worked for a number of well-known and highly respected companies including BTG Inc., Titan Corp., and L-3 communications. Mr. Thompson is a decorated veteran of our Armed Forces with a working knowledge of military procedures and protocol. His commitment to his country and company in conjunction with his strong work ethic has garnered him multiple awards and accolades throughout his career. His strengths in Software Product Management are the result of his extensive work experience coupled with his education in Business Administration from the University of Florida, as well as his intense passion to deliver the best product to the customer.
Kenn has over 25 years of experience in the computer and software industry developing software solutions. Mr. Jurgensen has worked within the banking sector, the Department of Energy at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and the defense industry with leading defense contractors such as Northrop Grumman and L-3 Communications supporting United States Air Force efforts world-wide including Korea, Japan, and Germany. He has developed numerous desktop, web, mobile, and server solutions utilizing a various array of technologies. He has received letters of commendation, including work as a result of post 9/11 events at the Pentagon, GeoExPT, and Defensor Fortis among others.
Keith Williams has over 14 years experience developing software products for the Department of Defense (DoD) Mission Planning Community. Mr. Williams has had roles that range from a sole developer on a project, to part of a program development team, as well as a lead developer for multi company projects. He has interfaced with end users and management to elicit and develop requirements, produce estimates, as well as hosted user events for evaluations of software and determine new functionality. His projects have included tools that integrate with several Mission Planning Systems including PFPS, JMPS, and XPlan. His core technical expertise revolves around Windows development using the .Net Framework. Projects Mr. Williams has been a part of use Infragistics, Bing Maps, Google Earth, ArcGIS, FalconView as well as many other popular toolkits and frameworks. Mr. Williams has a passion for learning and using new technologies and platforms exemplified by building iOS solutions for various customers. Mr. Williams is a Microsoft Certified Professional and holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science.
