DS2 proudly sponsored the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA)’s 47th Air Armament Symposium held from November 2-3 at the Destin-Ft. Walton Beach Convention Center. The annual interchange brings senior DoD, Service and industry leadership together to discuss DoD’s armament development and modernization, featuring nationally recognized speakers from DoD, Air Force, Army, SOF, and Navy Senior Leadership. DS2 is pleased to be apart of such a worthwhile industry event.

Every year, DS2 participates in a Fall beach cleanup to remove litter from our beautiful sugar-sand beaches and say goodbye to Summer! This year, we packed up our trash bags, trash grabbers, buckets, & gloves and headed to the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island. DS2 volunteers soaked up some sun while removing an entire trashcan’s worth of rubbish from the shoreline.

54912-Software Development - CMMI Development V2.0 (CMMI-DEV) without SAM - Maturity Level 3

DS2 recently completed migration to version 2.0 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and was appraised at CMMI Level 3.0 in a recent benchmark appraisal. Version 2.0 focused its attention to performance practices and a focus on process improvement through repeatability and practice. We are passionate about creating quality products and services while improving customer satisfaction utilizing agile principles.

DS2 proudly sponsored TecMEN for this year’s TecMEN Industry Day, an event dedicated to discussing technology, networking with fellow industries, and promoting economic growth in the Panhandle. This event featured both local and national businesses with speaker symposiums to foster communication, growth, and advancement within our local technology-based community. Workshops highlighted topics on Cultivating Talents Through Apprenticeships and Understanding Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), and proceeds from the function supported the Economic Development Council of Okaloosa County.

2021 Food Drive Donation

Every year in March, the DS2 team hosts a canned food drive within the company to provide for our local neighborhoods through donation to Sharing & Caring of Okaloosa County. This amazing charity provides financial and food assistance to local families in need, and with the increase in unemployment from the COVID-19 pandemic, their services are vital to our community. 

Dynamic Software Solutions (DS2), as a team member under Belle Artificial Intelligence Corporation, participated in a four-week Automated Analytics Virtual Sprint. SOFWERX, in concert with USSOCOM Joint Acquisition Task Force (JATF), hosted this event to identify technologies that are relevant to assist with automated analytics during Phase 0 Irregular Warfare (IW) operations.

The DS2 team proudly sponsored and supported our local area’s First Responders’ Appreciation Day on Saturday, October 24, 2020. The event was held at the Emerald Coast Science Center for our first responders and their immediate family members. First responders were in attendance from all of our local departments.

For the second year in a row, DS2 traveled to Panama City Beach to support the extraordinary 2020 IRONMAN Florida event. DS2 members joined other volunteers to hand out water, Gatorade, and snacks to the competitors.

C2 ADR Sim

Dynamic Software Solutions (DS2), as a team member under Torch Technologies, was awarded an additional subcontract under Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Unmanned Systems Technologies (EODUST) contract by the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Airbase Acquisition Branch (AFCEC/CXAE). The goal of this project is to provide professional software development services in support of the continued development of the C2 ADR Simulator. DS2 originally created a C2 ADR Simulator several years ago to promote the use of gaming engine technology to support their training needs.

Dynamic Software Solutions (DS2) as a team member under Torch Technologies, were awarded a one-year base, and four option periods, Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Unmanned Systems Technologies (EODUST) contract by the Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Airbase Acquisition Branch (AFCEC/CXAE). The goal of this project is to Research, Develop, Test, and Evaluate (RDT&E) technologies and capabilities that address Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Rapid Airfield Damage Repair (RADR), Civil Engineering Operations, and Logistics and Mission Support.
