DS2 recently completed migration to version 2.0 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and was appraised at CMMI Level 3.0 in a recent benchmark appraisal. Version 2.0 focused its attention to performance practices and a focus on process improvement through repeatability and practice. We are passionate about creating quality products and services while improving customer satisfaction utilizing agile principles.
DS2 adopted the CMMI model in 2018 to encourage efficiency in the workplace by facilitating process improvement and developing behaviors that decreased risks in software, product, and service development. By achieving a Defined CMMI maturity level 3 appraisal, we have documented organizational standard practices, assets, and tailoring that address issues, achieve organization objectives, program objectives, and focuses on overall quality. As our organization grows and matures, we will continue refining and improving our business processes in the pursuit of always achieving excellence.
