Dynamic Software Solutions was recently awarded a software development services contract with Intellisense Systems, headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Intellisense Systems is a leading provider of advanced sensing and display solutions supporting a data continuum from acquisition to visualization, whose innovative technologies include integrated sensor systems, wearable technologies, visualization and display systems, and augmented intelligence software solutions.
As part of their focus, Intellisense Systems has developed a new standard in autonomous weather sensors. Their all-in-one weather sensors include 27 parameter environmental parameters, and within 60 seconds of turning them on, the sensors are ready to transmit local conditions using a cellular or iridium satellite link. DS2 and Intellisense Systems have partnered to develop an Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK) plug-in that integrates Intellisense Systems’ weather sensor technology into this military situational awareness application. DS2 has considerable experience developing geospatial solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD) and has positioned itself to be a primary force in offering development services of this kind. Richard Pruitt, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, stated, “ATAK represents todays standard in military situational awareness. The Air Force Research Laboratory created a remarkable framework used by thousands of users. As a result, military agencies and commercial firms must adopt and integrate this technology quickly. DS2 is poised to support them through our extensive history and background integrating geospatial solutions with 3rd party solutions.”

DS2 is developing a plug-in to the Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK) platform that integrates with the Air Force’s Geospatial Expeditionary Planning Tool (GeoExPT).
DS2 was recently awarded a contract to integrate the Android Tactical Awareness Kit (ATAK) with Nauticus Robotics’ next wave of sustainable subsea technology.
DS2 was recently awarded a subcontract through Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation of Huntsville, Alabama to address mission planning capability gaps via mobile device / applications.
Niceville, Florida - DS2 is proud to announce the launch of the Virtual Sand Table (VST): an automated, scalable, and streamlined solution to antiquated Rapid Airfield Damage Repair (RADR) training processes.
We developed integrated ATAK and WinTAK plugins for Intellisenses’s cutting edge weather sensing hardware. After early success building an ATAK plug-in, DS2 was awarded the optional task of developing a WinTAK (Windows-based) version of the SREAF plug-in. This marked our first full implementation of a WinTAK project, and the team nailed it on the first attempt. The SREAF plug-ins make it possible for the weather data to be converted into plain text that is easily interpreted by operators, improving mission decision-making and situational awareness.
DS2 is passionate about furthering the education and skills of our team. Last week, nearly the entire development team at DS2 attended a 2-day group training focusing on React skills. Lead by web development guru, Brad Westfall of React Training, who has been teaching web development for over a decade, this two-day workshop covered React proficiency through guided lectures and project-based learning.
