DS2 joins the Niceville Young Professionals for a tour of the 33rd Fighter Wing on Eglin Air Force Base.
Rich, Alicia, Nate, and Mike accompanied the Niceville Young Professionals for a tour of the 33rd Fighter Wing “Nomads”, featuring the F-35 Lightning II aircraft. Highlights of the tour included a presentation of the history of the 33rd Fighter Wing and the capabilities of the F-35, a visit to the Weapons Load Trainer in the Academic Training Center, and a close-up look of an F-35A. Special thanks to Senior Airman Woody, Technical Sergeant Smith, Lieutenant Colonel Axt, and all the members of the 33rd Fighter Wing who made our visit an amazing experience.
Nate Wells and Keaton Clements recently represented DS2 at the Niceville Young Professionals' September Networking Lunch featuring Okaloosa County Superintendent of Schools, Marcus Chambers.
DS2 proudly sponsors and participates in the Hunger Run 5k, hosted by Bluewater Fitness, held on April 30, 2022. This year, the theme was “Sock it to Hunger”, encouraging race participants to wear wild and crazy socks in celebration.
Niceville, Florida - DS2 is proud to announce the launch of the Virtual Sand Table (VST): an automated, scalable, and streamlined solution to antiquated Rapid Airfield Damage Repair (RADR) training processes.
Throughout the months of March & April, members of DS2 collected and donated goods that are needed and essential to the Sharing & Caring Niceville operation, including canned goods, dry goods, and monetary funds. Sharing & Caring of Niceville is a non-profit organization that provides food, essential items, and assistance to families in need in the Niceville, Valparaiso, and Choctaw Bay communities.
DS2 was a proud sponsor of the Community Fire Truck Pull event benefiting the Twin Cities Pavilion, a local assisted living facility in Niceville, FL.
