Another great company outing for the books! DS2 and family participated in the Son of a Beach 5k benefitting the Special Operations Warrior Foundation in memory of the crew of RATCHET 33.
On Saturday, February 19, 2022, members of DS2 and their families participated in the Son of a Beach 5k in Destin, Florida.The annual event benefits the Special Operations Warrior Foundation in memory of the crew of Ratchet 33 who gave their lives ten years ago on Feb 18th, 2012 in a military special operations aircraft crash in Africa.
The DS2 team enjoyed the challenge of running along the beautiful emerald coast and we look forward to participating and supporting in next year's events.

Each Earth Day, Team DS2 gets together to clean a section of our local beaches. This year, our volunteers participated in a beach clean-up event hosted by Friends of South Walton Sea Turtles which took place in Destin, FL where our volunteers combed the shoreline filling trash bags with litter left on our beaches and tangled in the dunes
Every year, DS2 participates in a Fall beach cleanup to remove litter from our beautiful sugar-sand beaches and say goodbye to Summer! This year, we packed up our trash bags, trash grabbers, buckets, & gloves and headed to the Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island. DS2 volunteers soaked up some sun while removing an entire trashcan’s worth of rubbish from the shoreline.
DS2 is passionate about furthering the education and skills of our team. Last week, nearly the entire development team at DS2 attended a 2-day group training focusing on React skills. Lead by web development guru, Brad Westfall of React Training, who has been teaching web development for over a decade, this two-day workshop covered React proficiency through guided lectures and project-based learning.

The DS2 Team was happy to support the 2019 IRONMAN Florida in Panama City Beach by volunteering to hand out water, Gatorade, and snacks to the participants.
Dynamic Software Solutions (DS2), located in Niceville, Fla., and prime contractor partner, Tapestry Solutions, Inc., a Boeing company, were awarded a Weapon Planning Software (WPS) contract by the Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Armament Directorate - Eglin Air Force Base.
