Saving for the future is an essential part of life. Here at DS2, we provide eligible employees an opportunity to do just that. Eligible employees may enroll in our 401K savings plan immediately upon hire. The company offers a matching contribution of 100% of our employee’s deferral on the first 3% of eligible compensation, plus 50% of the employee’s deferrals that exceed 3% but not to exceed 5% of eligible compensation each pay period.

DS2 offers a variety of medical, dental and vision insurance plans and the best part… we pay approximately 60 – 70% of the plan premiums for our employees as well as their qualified dependents.

In addition, we offer Healthcare Flexible Spending (FSA) and Dependent Care Flexible Spending accounts that allow eligible employees to set aside funds on a pre-tax basis to pay for certain qualified medical and dependent care expenses.

Maintaining a healthy work/life balance is strongly encouraged here at DS2. Full time eligible employees earn 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) during their first year of employment with additional increases in PTO at your yearly anniversary. In addition, we provide full time employees with a total of 11 paid holidays each year (7 DS2 recognized holidays to include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, plus 4 floating holidays).

DS2 offers educational assistance programs to encourage personal development, improve job-related skills and enhance an employee’s ability to compete for reasonable attainable jobs within the company. Among these programs are the Tuition Reimbursement Program and our Certification Bonus Program.
