Eligible employees may enroll in our 401K savings plan immediately upon hire. The company offers a matching contribution of 100% of our employee’s deferral on the first 3% of eligible compensation, plus 50% of the employee’s deferrals that exceed 3% but not to exceed 5% of eligible compensation each pay period.
We all can agree that having medical insurance is very important but it can also be very costly. DS2 offers a variety of medical, dental and vision insurance plans and the best part... we pay approximately 60 – 70% of the plan premiums for our employees as well as their qualified dependents.

Full time eligible employees earn 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) during their first year of employment with additional increases in PTO at your yearly anniversary. In addition, we provide full time employees with a total of 11 paid holidays each year (7 DS2 recognized holidays to include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, plus 4 floating holidays).
